Inflation information
Inflation may touch 17% by September 2008
It is due the another round of hike of fuel prices. Wholesale prices based inflation touched a new 13 year high of 11.89 percent much higher than the reserve bank tolerance limit of 5.5
Over the next two quarters, manufacturing sector inflation would add to 200-300 basis points to the headline WPI rate, food and oilseed inflation would add 100-200 basis points, and energy inflation a further 100-150 basis points…

Before going to do the calculations, we need to have below listed data
1. Demand for all components of one department or organization for annually/monthly
2. each process cycle time
Step1: does the PQ analysis
Step2: get the total demand
Step3: get the available time ( 24 hours*365days per annuam, 24 Hours*30 days per month)
Step4: divide the total available time with total demand
Result is number of secs/mins/hours required for one product is called TAKT time
