Combat stress, stress in work and life
Take a deep breath; it makes your mind feel lighter in a jiffy
Fresh air works wonders, go for a small walk and grab a juice or smoothe
Take a power nap during lunch break
If you have a problem at home, don’t carry it to work – resolve it before you reach home
Invest in small inexpensive stress busters like a hand held massager or a massage ball
Sustain your sense of humour even a disaster will seem funny
Blow off steam; get things off your chest
Do not trust your memory, write everything down
Make sure that you have a plan backup
